イギリス在住。現在ケンブリッジ(英国)の研究インターン。多国籍製薬会社のために呼吸器疾患および炎症性疾患に生物学的治療学を開発。慢性関節リウマチにおけるT細胞機能の炎症性微環境の役割を研究し、博士号取得。英国とシンガポールにて博士号取得研究員時代には、間葉細胞で造血幹細胞など、細胞生物学および免疫学分野で広範囲な研究を行う。国際的な査読付ジャーナルで10論文を発表、数々の国際学会で研究を発表。
Dr Rider is a research scientist resident in Cambridge, United Kingdom, where he is involved in developing biological therapeutics for respiratory and inflammatory diseases for a multinational pharmaceutical company. For his PhD, he investigated the role of the inflammatory microenvironment on T cell function in rheumatoid arthritis. Dr Rider was a post-doctoral fellow in the UK and Singapore, studying a diverse range of cell biology and immunology topics, including mesenchymal and hematopoietic stem cells. He has published 10 papers in international peer-reviewed journals, and presented his research at several international conferences. Dr Rider began editing for the Edanz Group in 2009.
